01 若境的理解How We See It
对若境而言，ESG 需要落实为具体的项目问题：材料是否合理使用，空间是否有利于健康与安全，设备是否便于维护，采购与变更是否有据可查。For us, ESG means concrete project questions: are materials used sensibly, does the space support health and safety, is equipment easy to maintain, are procurement and changes on record.

02 三个维度Three Dimensions
从空间规划与材料选择入手，关注材料需求优化、循环利用、节水和施工废弃物管理。结合项目条件考虑材料来源、低碳选择，以及能源设备后续的运行与维护需求。Starting with space planning and material selection: optimised material quantities, reuse, water saving and construction-waste management. Material sourcing, low-carbon options and the later running and maintenance of energy equipment are weighed against the project's conditions.
将健康安全要求前置到规划与设计，综合考虑人员动线、设备布置、材料选择与空间使用。在约定的项目管理范围内，协调施工健康安全要求与检查整改，对空间使用者和建设者同时负责。Health and safety requirements are brought forward into planning and design — circulation, equipment layout, material selection and how the space is used. Within the agreed project-management scope we coordinate site health and safety requirements, inspections and rectification, answerable to the people who use the space and the people who build it.
在约定的服务范围内，明确各方职责、选型与采购依据、变更确认和检查整改机制，关注工期与成本管理，通过过程记录与资料归档，使项目决策和交付有据可查。Within the agreed scope: clear responsibilities for every party, documented selection and procurement rationale, change confirmation and inspection follow-up, attention to programme and cost, and process records and filing that make project decisions and delivery traceable.
